3) SMS Opt-in details

End users visit our website booking page and they enter their contact information on the form, they check a box agreeing to receive messages from us. If they book an appointment on our booking page, they schedule a date and time. They enter their contact information and again check a box to receive messages regarding their upcoming appointment. They are then taken to a thank you page.

Notice at Collection (California/CPRA): We collect identifiers (name, email, phone, IP), commercial information (services requested), internet activity (usage, device), geolocation (coarse), professional information (company, role), and in limited cases audio (calls with consent). We use these for the purposes in Section 3 and retain as described in Section 5.

Sale/Sharing: We do not sell mobile or personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies/pixels may be considered “sharing” or “selling” under state law. You can opt out via browser settings, the cookie banner (where provided), or by contacting us. We honor the GPC (Global Privacy Control) where required.

Your CPRA rights: Know/Access, Delete, Correct, Portability, Limited use of sensitive PI, and Opt-out of sale/sharing. You will not be discriminated against for exercising rights.

Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You are responsible for obtaining your customers’ consents for communications you direct through our tools.
